The Hidden Reason Your Business Isn’t Growing (And It’s NOT Strategy)
“Your decisions are driven by your self-awareness.“

My Lessons From $50K Invested On Business Courses
When I started my coaching business, I was determined to do things differently. My first business, an e-comm, had been a fun adventure; a challenge I knew I could figure out, even if I didn’t have all the answers upfront. And I eventually did. But figuring it out took time. A lot of time.
So when I launched my coaching business, I didn’t want to spend years experimenting. I wanted to get to the good part faster. I wanted the straightest, most direct path to success.
I was all in. I wanted results now.
The Endless Chase for the “Right” Strategy
What I got instead was a journey straight out of The Alchemist, except instead of chasing gold, I was chasing the next “surefire” strategy, convinced that each one held the missing key to my breakthrough.
For years, I fell for the promises.
The limited-time offers.
The “insider secrets” that only a select few had cracked.
The six-figure frameworks that guaranteed results.
I didn’t just invest in programs, I devoured them. With Hermione-level diligence, I implemented every step, believing that if I just followed the framework exactly, the success I was eager for would finally be mine.
And when it wasn’t?
I didn’t stop. I assumed I was the problem, not the strategy. I doubled down. Signed up for the next course. Hired another coach. Drained my savings into program after program, convinced that I was always one step away from finally figuring it out.
But after years of chasing, thousands of dollars spent, and more frustration than I’d like to admit, I hit a breaking point. And then it hit me—maybe it wasn’t about how hard I was working. Maybe I was following the wrong kind of framework all along.
I started asking the question I had been too afraid to ask before:
Why was this working for everyone else… but not for me?
The Truth No One Tells You About Scaling
Here’s what no one tells you about building a wildly successful business:
There’s what you think you need… and what you actually need.
What you think you need: A better strategy, new tactics, more leads, the right framework.
What you actually need: A way to confidently make the right decisions for your business, without second-guessing yourself or chasing the next feel-good solution.
I realized I had been so focused on finding the “right” strategy that I never stopped to ask if I was the right fit for it.
With this new perspective, I remembered a few essential truths that I hadn’t embraced because, quite frankly, they weren’t tucked away behind a pay wall.

Before anything works for you, it will work on you. —Myron Golden
Your business isn’t just about making money, it’s a mirror, constantly exposing your blind spots.
Every decision you make either moves you toward alignment… or deeper into resistance.
Your decisions are driven by your self-awareness. —Alex Hormozi
Every entrepreneur eventually realizes that business isn’t just a strategy game, it’s a self-trust game.
If you don’t know how you’re wired to work, you’ll keep following advice that was never meant for you.
So How Do You Figure Out What Will Work for You?
This is where most entrepreneurs get lost. They think they need more tactics or more strategies, but what they really need is a methodology that helps them make clear, aligned, unshakable business decisions.
I spent years searching for this. The frustration, the burnout, the fear of wasting more time and money, the endless cycle of second-guessing everything. I was exhausted.
And then, I stumbled on Human Design.
Now, before you roll your eyes—stay with me. This isn’t some ‘woo’ personality test. It’s a practical, insanely accurate tool that explains:
Why some entrepreneurs thrive on constant visibility, while others burn out.
Why some people scale best with structure, while others need fluidity.
Why certain sales strategies feel magnetic for some, but cringe-worthy for others.
This isn’t about labeling you, it’s about helping you stop second-guessing yourself. It’s about running your business in a way that feels right and works, without burning yourself out on someone else’s misaligned framework.
